Friday we had our annual Christmas party with the teens at our church. We had six kids come this year and we had a blast. We did things I little different this year due to me being so pregnant and all. We usually have it at our house, but this year we opted for dinner and a movie. It was perfect.
Me and the kids. I was super tired this day and in a lot of pain, but over all it was great to hang out with everyone for the night. I know I will be taking a break from youth stuff in the New Year, so I am soaking up this time right now.
We ate at Pei Wei, yummy. Most of kids had never been there so it was fun to watch them try new things. And as you can tell we cleaned our plates.
After dinner we headed to the movies. The kids had no idea what we were doing all evening. Steve likes to be sneaky like that. The movie was a real treat. We saw Arthur Christmas, which was super cute. I was kind of skeptical about the movie, but it was great. Very funny and creative, I would recommend this to anyone for a great, light Christmas movie.
Here is our group after the show. And guess what- I had no clean up after the party, that was nice. We have one more Christmas party with our small group and then Christmas is here- amazing. Hope you are enjoying this fun party season as well...
